These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Pretty Travel Print.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Products

We sell made-to-order travel prints and wall art. Each print is produced only after an order is placed.

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, display differences, and the printing process.

2. Order Processing

Printing begins as soon as your order is received.

Orders are usually printed, prepared, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days from the order date, depending on the customer’s location and destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Prices and Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout before the order is processed. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Taxes, Duties and Customs

Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs fees, or other charges may apply.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@prettytravelprint.com.

Because our prints are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because our travel prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer ordering errors.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@prettytravelprint.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund.

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier or print partner.

If we are unable to ship your order within the advertised timeframe, we may contact you with an updated delivery estimate or offer you the option to cancel your order for a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, product designs, text, branding, and visual content on this website are the property of Pretty Travel Print or its licensors.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pretty Travel Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
